Treasurer report: $227.40

Dues discussion: Question about our dues policy. Short discussion. Motion by Jamie, seconded by Tony that if a person joins before the annual club officers election then pay again in January – join at election or after and you get the next year included. Passed unanimously

Repeater discussion: Probably would be a good idea to replace the 2m antenna and feedline as both are 25 yrs old or so.

Fund-­‐raising discussion (see Repeater discussion, above): Find out about how to properly handle donations. A 50-­‐50 raffle was suggested. Probably need to be a 503-­‐c non-­‐profit to legally hold a raffle like that. This issue will be researched.

Tech Net discussion: The idea of a Tech Net was suggested – Maybe on a Wednesday night. Already plenty of tech discussion on Prospect almost every afternoon. Wednesday – 7:00pm eastern time – starting Wed 12/4 John N2DVD will be net control

Appointments: David Gealt (KD2BVA) has been appointed Assistant District Emergency Coordinator and Shawn Perry (KD2DJU) has been appointed Skywarn Assistant Emergency Coordinator.

Announcements: Brian LaFlure is offering a course on See Something Say Something. Several people interested. Adam (KC2TLS) has found a USB-­‐Serial that works with all ham radio programming software. He will bring the details next time.

Possible future meeting programs: Maybe John B. on antenna observations for December. Maybe Jim McKnight on repeaters for January. Donald will find out when we might be able to reschedule John Fritze’s presentation.
